Character of a Character Ontology
COACH — Character of a Character Ontology — is an upper ontology that represents the character of human and artificial agents through demographic, socio-cultural and psychological dimensions. It is motivated by the needs of Human Digital Twins, for which symbolic identity structures must be expressed independently of any particular implementation.
The published specification (revision 1.0, released 2 February 2025) is funded by LinkedData.Center; the named authors are Camilla Canevese and Enrico Fagnoni.
The formal ontology is available in JSON-LD, RDF/XML, N-Triples and Turtle under a Creative Commons BY-NC licence, and its namespaces and technical documentation are published on the dedicated specification site. The vocabulary is maintained in the public LinkedData.Center repository.
