CRM+ enriches and validates the contact records held in a customer or supplier database: it adds the information that is missing and checks the values that are already there.
Provenance and licence
Each datum the service adds carries its provenance and its licence, so an enriched record keeps a traceable account of where every value came from. The service runs on the centre’s SDaaS platform.
